As technology advances, many individuals are leading increasingly sedentary lifestyles. Young people, in particular, spend most of their day scrolling through social media or playing video games on their smartphones, rather than engaging in outdoor exercise or sports. Unfortunately, this lack of physical activity can lead to spine diseases, such as disc herniation.

Additionally, the rise of delivery services has made it easier for people to order takeaway food instead of preparing meals at home. This is concerning to me, as I am not always sure what ingredients are in restaurant food, and it may contain high levels of saturated fat. Cooking your own meals is the best way to ensure a healthy diet.
